Son of a lawyer, a native of Hammam Guergour (Setif), Azzedine Medjoubi was born October 30, 1947 at Azzaba. Encouraged to do theater by theater actor Ali Abdoun, he enrolled at the Academy of Algiers in 1963 and began to take its first steps in Radio and Television Algerian (RTA) from 1965 to 1968. After a rich experience on stage, the deceased turned to television where he played including Diary of a young worker Mohamed Iftissene and Autumn Malik Lakhdar Hamina 1988. He also participated in several regional theaters works, notably Lahouinta (1994) Allawa Boudjadi in Bejaia Regional Theatre. Medjoubi was also a teacher at the School of Dramatic Arts. The Medjoubi deceased was appointed Director of the Regional Theatre of Batna Bejaia then director of regional theater before being appointed Director of TNA Mahieddine Bachtarzi in 1995.
